Lane Head Residents are holding a coffee morning in aid of Christie’s on Saturday 9th April from 11:30am at Lane Head Methodist Church on Newton Road in Lowton, all support and donations would be really appreciated.

Christie’s raises money for The Christie in Manchester. They are one of the largest cancer treatment centres in Europe, treating about 40,000 patients every year.

They raise funds for both patient care and groundbreaking research into cancer treatment. They are currently raising money to build a new £35 million patient treatment centre which will include the largest early clinical trials unit in the world, where the latest cancer treatments will be pioneered.
